Can we put the sale dates and art and pony grants announcements somewhere else than on the event planning, as that is stuff that was already planned? I just think it'll keep it cleaner topic wise in this section of the event planning.

Where would it be better served? If we create another Forum with Current Event, I fear that people will be posting Event Planning stuff there.

Art grants under art grants like you did, I'd put the pony application call out there as well since that's all art related.


The ticket sales, maybe under ticket exchange.

There's just alot of stuff in the event planning already.

I agree with both of you! OOOh so many smart people caring.

Maybe a section could be called "Hot Dates" or "Important Dates" it could include:
-ticket sale dates
-planning committee meeting dates
-art grant dates
-hardship ticket app due dates
-WWW & theme camp info dates

Important Dates sounds like a grand idea, especially since not otoo many people visit arts grants.

I've been exploring a modification similar to what http://eplaya.burningman.com/ has with event info all in one spot. Just haven't had time to fiddle with it yet.
