Just a couple real life questions that I don't see being talked about. Thanks for the opportunity to post, and for all your efforts.

Who is going to mow the grass, will we buy a tractor to mow?

Who is going to manage the property? Will some one live there to keep it safe?

Who is going to be the buffer between local law enforcement and us? We want to be good neighbors.

Is it worth it to own a "vacation property" and only use it twice a year?

There is a lot of infrastructure we get as part of having the event at the VVMC.

How will it all work if we own the property and don't have the equipment or infrastructure to create what we are used to?

What is the plan __AFTER__ we purchase to make this all happen?

Hey Travis--

Good questions all. The BOD and property search people have been looking into most all of them and everything's under consideration. The search guys have been Magorn and President Dave. We were told at the last planning meeting that the most promising sites have come up in Pennsylvania. The mortgage, insurance and other costs have been getting serious discussion as well.

You asked about just two events per year. One thing I mentioned a while ago that would help defray the costs is to have more Burns! That's being considered as well.
