DUMPSTER-CAM?

Now I'm not saying there WILL be cameras monitoring the use of the dumpsters starting in Spring 2011, but be aware of the following 'quotes' from the Dumpster Mafia:
"If anyone leaves anything like couches behind, they should be beaten. Large items like that should not go in the dumpsters, only trash that can fit in trash bags." -JB
"No Theme Camp equipment, tents, or other durable, large items (even if broken or muddy) should be put in the dumpsters." -HQ
"NO DAMN ASHES IN THE DUMPSTER! ASH-HOLES!!!" -NR

Regardless, if photo/video proof that large items were dumped into the dumpsters, the 'perps' may be red-lined on the MOOP Map. Please encourage your campmates to "pack it in AND pack it out" even if you got evicted from your apartment over the weekend

Arrangements for recycling good, used building materials may be arranged thru the contact info that will be posted on the dumpsters, or get a note SIGNED by the Vets' representative that it is OK to leave it there.

Also, we MIGHT have "Recycling Bins" for glass & plastic bottles and/or a "Food Bank" box for leftover food items (unopened, non-perishable type; local food bank TBD)

Hello Everyone,
Sunshine's Snack Shack will be back. Setup in the same spot along the fence just behind the Helicopter. We will be taking all your aluminum cans again. (No bottles please).Just drop them off in the boxes provided beside the Snack Shack. That will leave a lot more room in the dumpsters. If you have to many to bring up then let us know and we will go get them from your camp.

If the dumpsters are getting seriously abused, we may need another volunteer schedule
duty, "Dumpster Hawks". This could possibly tie in with the back gate.
