MASH - First Aid
MASH Camp provides first aid and medical stuff
MASH Camp is PDFs official First Aid Tent that is staffed 24 hours a day by medically trained volunteers. We encourage all camps and persons to practice radical self-reliance but just in case you put safety third and it did not quite work out, you need some TLC, know someone that does, or just have a question, come to MASH Camp. We also make tent calls. MASH Camp practices first aid only and if higher care is needed, will assist you in seeking outside assistance.
Volunteers: We are accepting volunteers for all shifts that have formal medical training higher than that of First Aid. This would include but not be limited to: EMTs, Paramedics, RN, Respiratory Therapists, MDs, etc. If you would like to volunteer, shoot us an email or visit our Camp. Volunteers will need to go through a short training session on radio protocol, how we are working with the Rangers, gate closure, etc. Volunteer are also expected to stay at MASH Camp while on duty; do not worry, we are right behind the stage in mix of everything. Look for the 17 ft First Aid flag.
