Info below for the next PC meeting!

Date: Sunday, January 11
Time: 3pm

(PLEASE NOTE THE NEW CONFERENCE CODE!)

At this meeting, we will begin planning for the Spring 2015 Burn. All large event-wide changes should be discussed at this meeting so that there is time to implement them! We have a little more time in the Spring planning session than the Fall, so meow is the time to start talking about big ideas or proposals you still need to flesh out! We will start discussing budgets in February, so coordinators start pulling them together!

Everyone is welcome (and encouraged!) to join. PC meetings are open to anyone in the community, and you can participate as much or as little as you are comfortable with. But we do follow the agenda pretty close, so please submit any items for discussion below! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

All agenda items are due on Friday, January 9 at NOON!

Tentative ticket sale dates:

Round 1 - Sunday, February 8 at NOON
Round 2 - Wednesday, March 4 at 9:00 PM
Reserves open - Sunday, March 22
Reserves close - Tuesday, April 21

PC Coordinator Update:

Official welcome to Owsla, who is taking over as PC Coordinator as I transition out! For this planning cycle, she'll be the co-coordinator. According to the current reserve ticket policy, we need to do a quick vote to have a temporary co-coordinator position be made official (which will automatically come with a reserve ticket for the position).

For the agenda: I am stepping down as Greeter/Back Gate coordinator to focus on BOD and child rearing duties. Current assistant coordinator Nathan Wright will be taking over as coordinator beginning this Spring and will be joined by Nyk Giove and Devon Mendolia as assistant coordinators.
