Proposal 6. Determining core infrastructure and key expected expenditures before opening up the budget to non-core infrastructure expenses.

Some ideas of what items should be considered "core" or "vital" to the event running smoothly:
- Truck rental to haul supplies from storage shed
- Wood
- Portajohns
- Golf carts
- Power for HQ (including Volunteer / Part Station), Gate, Rangers, Sanctuary, First Aid
- Pony effigy (which historically does not fall under the Art Grant category)

Another core item per verifying with Karnak is the rental of 1 light tower for parking and possibly 2nd for gate.

Given that the sole guidance on fire that the board has provided is that they need to be elevated/LNT and burn-bowl/barrel-sized (and requests for clarification were not responded to), wood is going to be really cheap on this one because art is going to be tiny.

Also, we only provided wood to participants in Delaware because finding local wood in Delaware could be tricky; we are now in Pennsylvania, which is big enough to reasonably expect participants to provide their own wood.

Another reason it's good to provide fire wood is because it keeps people from travelling into the state with wood from other areas. Keeping evasive species from other areas out of our trees.
