Stage Equipment - Funds for Storage and Transport - To be discussed during August 6th PC Call

Scott has been graciously storing the FPCS stage equipment for a few years at his home. Moving forward, he can no longer do so, and the organization must not decide whether to keep the equipment and continue to pay for its storage and transportation to events, or to sell it.

Does the PDF Planning Committee want to pay for storage and transport for future PDF events? This would involve either purchasing temperature controlled storage boxes for the electronics, or to pay for a temperature controlled storage unit. This would also involved incorporating a line item into each event budget moving forward for storage, transportation to / from the event, and the cost of renting a mixer.

The FPCS board does not consider the speakers and stage equipment event infrastructure, and believe it would be in better hands if sold to a theme camp.

The Constellation team did not approve the budget for transport and storage.

If the PDF Planning Committee does not want to commit funds to cover these expenses, the equipment will be sold.
