Theme camps that did not request placement will only appear on the public list of camps, and can set up in Open Camping as space allows.

Theme Camps
Theme Camps can still register for public listing (but not placement).
Register Theme Camp’s Name, Description & optional Image, and add any other camp organizer’s emails (this allows them to add events).
Registered camps are will be intermittently published to the public theme camp list, so don’t worry if they don’t show up immediately.
Onsite Parking
If you are bringing an RV or other camping vehicle that will be inside the event instead of in the parking lot, you need to apply for Onsite Parking before the deadline.
