Ranger Training
Greetings, campers! Have you signed up to volunteer with Rangers? Considering it?
Join one of our pre-event sessions to learn about what you can expect on your shift and get training in radio protocol, emergency procedures, and more event-specific info.
All volunteers for Rangers are required to attend one training session before their shift(s). Pre-event training is provided as an alternative to attending on-site training.
Ranger training should take about 2 hours, with 1.5 hours of content plus time for questions.

In-Person Training
Last year, Rangers are offered an in-person training in a private backyard in Falls Church. We are considering doing this again in early May. If anyone would like to let us know what evenings or weekend days would work for you, we’ll do our best to make it widely accessible. We would be thrilled to see your shining faces before the burn, and you might even get a shot at some exciting new swag we hope to have by then!
Onsite Training
Can’t make any of these sessions? In-person training at Playa Del Fuego will start at 7pm on Friday, May 23rd at Ranger HQ.
